In 2018, when the partners of VSC opened our facility, the goal was simple: to create a great fitness experience to help us, the community and the families of Vasse become fitter. We knew how to deliver a solid workout, but we hadn\u2019t yet developed the culture, values, and principles to guide us long-term. In 2020, that changed. After a weekend locked away in an Air BnB in Dunsborough we introduced a set of values that became the backbone of everything we do.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since then, these values have kept us grounded. They helped us survive the toughest times, grow into the thriving community we are today and have been essential to shaping VSC into what it is now. Seven years into our journey, we\u2019ve continued to evolve. But with that growth comes the need to refine the way we operate\u2014and the values we stand for.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The original values set the stage for the culture we wanted to build. They were suitable for the time, helping us stay focused and pushing us through challenges. But as VSC has evolved, so have our ambitions! We\u2019re no longer just about providing fitness. We\u2019re about creating EXTRA-ORDINARY individuals who push their limits, aim higher, and achieve more in life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As our community has grown, it\u2019s clear we\u2019re operating at a higher level, and our values need to reflect that. We\u2019ve learned so much over the past few years, and it\u2019s time for our values to grow with us, the VSC community. These new values are designed to meet the future head-on while staying true to what has always made VSC unique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you have forgotten or not looked up on the wall in the facility recently, The Original Values (Introduced in 2020) were as follows.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Enthusiasm<\/strong>: Approaching all opportunities with enjoyment and interest.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Quality<\/strong>: Prioritising the characteristics that move us towards excellence.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Integrity<\/strong>: Epitomising humility and discipline.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Patience<\/strong>: Welcoming delayed gratification through respect for the process.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Persistence<\/strong>: Pursuing forward motion to endure and overcome challenges.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    These values were pivotal to our growth. They shaped our community, our workouts, and how we handled challenges. But as we\u2019ve matured, we\u2019ve realised that to keep growing, we need a more refined approach. We are growing from a gym focused solely on fitness to a space that cultivates EXTRA-ORDINARY individuals. Our new values reflect the evolution of VSC, our members, and the role we play in the Vasse community. Here\u2019s what we\u2019re moving forward with;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    3. Knowledge<\/strong>: We\u2019re committed to continuous learning and self-improvement, understanding that the more we know, the more empowered we are to reach our fullest potential.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Faith<\/strong>: We live by integrity, humility, and loyalty, trusting in ourselves and the process as we pursue greatness.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Time<\/strong>: We respect time as a valuable resource, using it wisely to balance fitness, family, and personal goals. Success comes from patience, consistency, and making the most of every moment.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      To myself, Madison, our team of Coaches, and our community of athletes, these values aren\u2019t just words on a wall. They are the guiding light, a checklist of daily tasks that will guide everything we do at VSC\u2014from our programming to the way we support each other to what we are becoming and how we achieve our goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      We believe in the EXTRAORDINARY, not just in fitness but in life. These values are the blueprint for helping us achieve that goal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      We’re here because of you to our community in Vasse and the surrounding areas. These changes reflect our commitment to your personal growth and success. Let us BECOME EXTRA-ORDINARY together.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
