That means waking up before the world does, before the emails, meetings, and obligations take over, and tackling the things that matter most\u2014like your health\u2014first.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And if mornings aren\u2019t your thing, it\u2019s not about the time of day. It\u2019s about blocking out time every day for what matters. As Alex Hormozi says, \u201cThe secret is in the tasks you\u2019re avoiding. Action is the cure to anxiety.\u201d So, what are you avoiding? That workout you know you should be doing? That\u2019s where you need to start.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Imagine how you\u2019ll feel after crushing a workout before most people even roll out of bed.
